USDT (TRC-20) is also accepted and converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. Your pk98 account balance is denominated in PKR and represents real funds held for your benefit. pk98 does not pay interest on account balances. Balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an account maintenance fee as disclosed in the Cashier section.
All sports bets placed on pk98, including cricket betting and PSL markets, are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are accessible from within the relevant betting interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that market.
All bets are subject to acceptance by pk98. pk98 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced (subject to live betting rules), where technical errors have occurred in odds display, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
Live in-play betting markets — including PSL ball-by-ball markets — are offered where technically available. pk98 cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets and accepts no liability for the unavailability of live betting due to connectivity issues, data feed failures, or force majeure events.
The pk98 Casino and all game titles (including slots, live dealer games, and fishing games) are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface. Bets may be voided where pk98 determines in its reasonable discretion that they were placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or as part of a fraudulent or abusive pattern. Voided bets will have stakes returned to the user's account balance.

pk98 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of its platform, odds, or game outcomes.
